TEAM MEMBER

As a Katie’s team member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is accomplished in a fun and fast-paced environment surrounded by a team of people who take great pride in their work.

Our team is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining us!

Hours Available:

At least one weekend day mandatory, both a plus!

All shifts are considered. Examples (but not limited to):

9am-1pm, 10am-4pm, 12pm-7pm, 4pm-10pm, 5pm-11pm, 7pm-11pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety

  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers

  • Handling guest concerns in a professional manner

  • Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Follow speed of service standards

  • Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests

  • Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly

  • Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods
